Gustavo Figueroa, better known as El Guzii is an energetic content creator who loves to teach people how to cook in a fun and easy way. He has a loyal following of more than 7 million people who he calls “Family” and generates more than 30 million views a month. Guzii’s love for the food world started at the age of 5 as he learned cooking techniques from his mother. He has always enjoyed learning, cooking and eating with his family and loved ones to the point where he used this to help a friend cope with depression. One day when Guzii was cheering his friend up, he decided to record the moment they were cooking because he thought it was funny. The video ended up becoming a cooking tutorial on how to make tacos. It was then uploaded to YouTube in hopes to have a memory for his friend to watch every time he felt down but little did Guzii know that this would eventually cheer up millions of people. Today, Gustavo and his wife, Veronica, work together with their team in creating high quality and valuable content for their followers. They also volunteer in their local Youth Group to help inspire, empower and help young college students build confidence to follow their dreams and reach their goals.
