Virgile Ollivier

A champion of innovation, diversity and creative problem solving, Livescale is changing the way people shop. After completing his studies in digital engineering at IIM in Paris, Virgile worked for 10 years in video post-production on the emerging digital compression market, particularly in DVD and VOD mastering. In 2010, he co-founded Hubee.tv to join the fast development of the VOD market, and in just five years, the company became one of the most important players in European digital distribution. In 2016, Virgile joined Free, the disruptive french telecom operator, as innovation advisor. With this strong expertise and time spent at HEC Paris, Virgile’s next move was to co-found Livescale with Laurent Boutet, another prolific tech talent. Now growing in its post as the most widely-used Live Shopping solution for high-end, bold e-Commerce brands, Livescale is the first live video platform to unite, engage and monetize digital audiences with its integrated checkout and full brand ownership, attracting heavy hitters like L’Oreal Group, Chiara Ferragni and VF Corp last year alone.
