Prior to Measure Studio, Thomas served as Co-Founder & COO at Paladin, an end-to-end solution for managing creators and influencer marketing campaigns. Paladin exited to Brandwatch in April 2022. 

Before Paladin, Thomas served as Senior Director of YouTube Optimization at the Walk Disney Company, advising Marvel, Lucasfilm, Disney Animation, and others on content and growth strategy.
